How technically do the translation?

I have a question. I would like to translate the articles but I have no idea how to do that. Do I have to create my own file on the computer and then upload it somehow or is there any tools direct at duolingo to do translation?

Thanks for any help :)

In some languages are immersions, in some languages are no immersion. Immersion is the direct tool to do translation. Look in the blue bar in the head of your site. If you see : duolingo, Inicio, Palabras, Actividad, Foro and IMMERSION. , you will be lucky. The fifth word after duolingo is the translation tool!

If there is no fifth word, you will be sad, because no translation tool is offered for your course.

You will have the possiblity to look if the reverse course offers an immersion.

Ok, I have it. Only blue sentences are able to be translated. I just need someone to support :) Sometimes only will to help is enough and enlightenment comes :)

Thank you Abendbrot :)

I don't thank to Charlie18-2.0 - you know why.

There are blue ones, those are not translated. There are gray ones, those are translated but not checked enough to be black. And there are also black ones, which are checked by a handful of people, but the black ones can be wrong, too.

Don't write over black or gray ones, when you are not sure about your translation.

The people who change a translation often write some useful comments to the translation, why their changes are better or necessary. That is very helpful.

The most people translation to USA-English. The stil, (for example: we use 'tĂș'), should be followed over the whole text.

Yeah, that's all. - You can also upload texts. pdf's are not possible. Make sure your uploaded texts are not under copyright!

Yeap, that's really all, you need to know. :)

There is a nifty user guide created on the Duolingo wiki page.
