Duolingo still freezing while grading. Who to contact?
how's it going duo community?, dl keeps freezing while grading after an answer. I reset my modem, did a complete refresh on my pc and checked my internet speed (never been faster) and this doesn't happen with any other site. Just wondering where i go from here, who is the proper person to contact involving this issue? I know the duo staff is super busy so i don't want to bother the wrong person. Thanks for any and all help.
also - i was level 10 in both languages but reset my progress, also i've used duo on my device for 2 months with no prob whatsoever.
Update - it might be something with microsoft or HP, on An hp notebook laptop and microsoft stream 7 the problem persists but on my apple ipad there is no problem.
