no sound periodically

My students have recently encountered a problem - every once in a while, the listening activities will stop working. All of the other sound comes out - the dings, the pronunciations of translations. It will just be the "Type what you hear" activities that stop working, and only for a little bit.

Anyone else have this problem? They get very frustrated when their progress goes down due to a glitch.
