I found a really useful resource for practicing the German case system. You basically just do question after question to learn. I did a similar thing for French conjugations, and it worked really well! http://esl.fis.edu/learners/fis/german/kasus/german_r.htm

This is great, but there are a couple of errors.

It does not accept des Mannes or des Kindes for the genitive case. It marks them wrong and only accepts des Manns and des Kinds.
