Bois-tu? literally means "you drink?" whereas Et vous? means "and you?" And Buvez-nous? is incorrect "we drink?" but using the "you" (plural) form of drink. If it were Buvez-vous? that would be correct, plural, and another option

Vous is the formal, tu the informal

Vous is also plural (ie. if you are asking a group of people if they drink) and Tu is singular (ie. asking one person if they drink).
