bois-tu? what is the difference
Bois-tu? literally means "you drink?" whereas Et vous? means "and you?" And Buvez-nous? is incorrect "we drink?" but using the "you" (plural) form of drink. If it were Buvez-vous? that would be correct, plural, and another option
You in singular: Bois-tu. × You in plural: Buvez-vous.
Tu bois? was acceptable. shrugs
Vous is the formal, tu the informal
Vous is also plural (ie. if you are asking a group of people if they drink) and Tu is singular (ie. asking one person if they drink).
