Don't want turtle speed

When they are dictating a sentence to me it automatically plays it at the turtle (slow). I would like it to play it at the normal speed first. What to I switch to make this change?

After a certain point in the tree it automatically speeds up. It's only the first 3 skills I think that it's slow for automatically.
