can i say "bende aşk için vaktim yok"

"Aşk için vaktim yok" and "Benim aşk için vaktim yok" are ok but you can not use "bende" there.

PS. "vaktim" = "zamanım" they can be used interchangeably as you did

I think that would be "I do not have time for the love", so no. But if you replaced bende with benim then that would be fine so far as I know.

Are sevgi and aşk precisely synonymous?

Not precisely. In Turkish, Ask is used in more passionate situations, like lovers. Sevgi is more general, easily used for friends or family.

"Aşk için benim zamanım yoktur," not accepted? It has been reported.
