Hi! I've got a problem of this app

I've already finished the spanish courses "Prensent1" and "Colors", But I can't move on to next, cause the image of this two courses is always in green,and when I enter into the course it showed strength full?? !!!How can I solve this?

Are all the lessons in the unit complete?

You also need to have everything in that row complete before you can move to the next row. "Present 1" and "Colors" are their own row, so that shouldn't be the case here. Look at all the units in the lesson though--maybe you've missed one.

Yes, all is completed. But on the duolingo web I can move on to next, not on the phone.

The app and the website sometimes divvy up the lessons differently, but it shouldn't be to the point that you've completed it on the website and not on the app. Still, there are no incomplete lessons anywhere, app or web?

Confirm that the app is connecting properly to the internet: try buying something on the lingot store or change your profile picture, then go to the website and see that your lingot count or profile picture has changed accordingly?

I can't view my profile on my phone, it said some error occured. the dolingo on my phone is 10,but on the web is 21. Maybe something's wrong with the app on my phone

Ok, it does sound like your app isn't connecting to the server. If no other app on your phone is having issues, then you'll have to do more in-depth troubleshooting. These are instructions for WhatsApp but the basic idea is the same if you have an iPhone. If you have an Android or another system, follow the same gist: update, turn airplane mode off/on, restart, reinstall. (Obviously try to connect every time.) I'd also suggest logging out and back in again as your first step, and restarting after reinstalling.
