    "She is only eating Russian food" should be accepted. Otherwise, the Swedish is ambiguous.

    I might be wrong, but to me 'she is only eating russian food' sounds like it's in the present instead of a habit: "is she doing something important right now? - no, she is onlg eating russian food"
