Turn off Coach?

I have been annoyed by the Coach ever since i have turn it on. If anyone knows how to turn it off on Duoligo and not a link telling you how that would be great! Danke!

You can't. Originally you didn't even have to set one, but it was forced in a new update.

Actually I'm wondering, is the coach the thing that forces you to earn at least X XP to maintain your streak?

You cannot turn it off but if it upsets you, you can set to 1 XP on the web interface, which is effectively turning it off.
