Er... I wrote "I have worn these shoes for two weeks" and it says that the correct variants are either "...for for two weeks" or "have been using..." WTF?!?!

I have worn these shoes for two weeks....

was marked wrong. Does "usado" = "worn" in this case? What are they using the shoes for if they are not wearing them? Door stops?

Are those examples of "por" actually legal in Portuguese? It's just too English! I thought in Portuguese it was more like "Tenho usado estes sapatos faz/durante duas semanas"

It's ok... por = durante = faz in this case... I prefer to use "por" here...
