Whats movies have you watched in Spanish?
I have watched Frozen,Up,Toy Story and many others. what about you? which ones have you seen? and what are your favorites that you would suggest?
- I strongly suggest Casa de mi Padre. . . . an gringo American talking Spanish, 2 big Mexican actors obviously talking Spanish, and a Latina from the U.S. trying to sound like she's from México. Plus a whole host of irreverent silliness. It's a Will Ferrell film, a long SNL skit that went too long BUT I think it is great for language acquisition.
- Juan de Los Muertos rated R (think Shaun of the Dead)
- Toy Story 3 . . . pay attention to how they interpret the scenes in Spanish for the Spanish dub.
- Dawn of the Planet of Apes . . . animated monkeys talking Spanish with guns.
and of course . . . . South Park in Spanish.
I watched Scarface and Terminator. Check out some Clint Eastwood in Espanol. Do you know what 'spaghetti westerns' are? Oh yeah, you should know that the names of movies are not the same in other countries. They rename them to sound cool in their own language. That is an interesting subject on its own.
I suggest to you this one
"La estrategia del caracol"
I want to find people to practice English and Spanish I'm a native Spanish speaker so I would be glad to help people, who wants? I have microphone, even if we're more than 2, 3 or more :) We could use Skype or Facebook (Just through voice to avoid troubles and don't talk about personal information you don't want to say)
hi! Teelamae! I am a native speaker of Spanish in Mexico and I would like to learn English from someone who speaks so naturally, so if you'd be interested to help me practice English , it would help you to practice Spanish , oh by the way another very good movie made Spanish native of mexico is "En el ombligo del cielo" ( in the navel of Heaven ) by director Carlos Gómez Oliver , 2012
maybe if you wanna to see movies in spanish, you have to see it in Mexican Spanish, It's more interesting and joyfull :), but if you see Mexican movies in Spanish, you can learn other colloquial lenguage. I recommend: "La Ley de Erodes", "Un Mundo Maravilloso" or "Todo el Poder"
but if you like older Movies...
