At first I thought you were looking for the helping verbs that are used with any verb, (can, must, do, shall, will, does, did, could, would, should, may, might, not including to be forms and to have forms), then I realized you meant things like "to know how to" and "to beware of". Most of these verbs have prepositions in their phrases. The same verb has many different meanings with different prepositions.

Englishclub.com has a list of 200 common (frequently used) phrasal verbs with both meanings and (helpfully) examples https://www.englishclub.com/vocabulary/phrasal-verbs-list.htm

That's probably plenty to start with, but if not they also have an index of 1000+ https://www.englishclub.com/ref/Phrasal_Verbs/

Really? Do you use a lot of "phrasal verbs" in your daily life?

Absolutely. They are EXTREMELY common.

By the way, you will notice that all that none of that none of the phrasal verbs come from Latin. How can I tell? Think about all the English verbs that sound like Spanish verbs: investigate, discover, command, imitate, etc. They sound the same because they both come from Latin. But the phrasal verbs all come from a language related to German so they sound different: look into, throw out, deal with, etc.

I didn't know what a phrasal verb was but going through that list of 100 I think they are all very common. I would use a lot of them very frequently without knowing it, they are all great phrases to know. Good luck!!
