Getting points for translations

Hi. I have a trouble. I usually do two lessons of Duolingo in a day. When i do not get enough point for my training target i translate the sentences. When i do that i get points but in the next day when i see the graph there is an infromation that i earn only points from lessons not from translation. My nick is toneberry, an email adress is toneberry@o2.pl. Please help me, i had 180 days without a break and when i see the whole 0 i lost a motivation to make progress. Your sincerelly Michał.

Are you sure you did enough translations to get the remainder of the XP required to achieve your daily goal?

Yes i am sure, i could take a snapshot where i have for example 22 points 18 from lessons and 4 from translation and on the next day on my graph will be only 18 points and daily target is not reached.

That is strange.

Yes i know this, i want to write to help desk but i can't find contact to them. On polish forum, people said to write in this place so I do it. Do you know where I can find some help. It is probably error on page code, maybe when they change something it started happen. I have 180 days without break, it is sad to lost it in that way. If I forgot about it this will be easiest for me but it is a bug in the web page i think so.
