Hello! I was wondering if anyone knew of a Dutch news radio, sort of like Deutsche Welle or the BBC World Service. Thank you!

Radio 1 and BNR Nieuwsradio are the ones you are looking for. There used to be a World Service (Wereldomroep) station but it's been pretty much destroyed by the government (austerity measures).

I liked RTL Nieuws on Facebook -- it's not all world news stuff, but if a big event happens they report on it. The rest is just cool fun stuff to read. It's basically funny and interesting news, I really like it! I'm a huge fan of news so my opinion is valid. ;D

You could also read Linda Magazine, there's a few depending on your interests. It's all in Dutch, and they post interesting stuff on Facebook too.

RigelKentian already mentioned the main news radio stations, but if you're interested in other Dutch radio stations, have a look here (BNR and NPO 1/Radio 1 are listed as well): http://www.nederland.fm

NOS put all their newsprograms on the internet and you can access them from anywhere (or at least there is no issue watching from the UK). It's video, not radio so slightly less useful on the go but still a really useful resource.

Every day you get everything from the full 10 o'clock news through sports news and news aimed at kids to a news in 60 seconds segment.

Thank you! That'll be useful when I have some extra time to spare. I hope I can watch it in the US.

I recommend BNR Nieuws Radio(it's on tune in app), I used to listen to NPO 1 but there is definitely more talking on BNR, I also find it more interesting (although I understand only a little;).

I've been listening to NPO 1 a little bit today and I really like it. I've yet to listen to BNR. Thank you for the suggestion! I've been considering TuneIn for a while but I haven't gotten it because I already have the NPR app, which is what I would've used TuneIn for, but now I have a reason to get it. Thanks!

I use a free app (on an android phone) called "Nederland Radio." The app also streams non-news radio stations if you need a breather from listening to Dutch news radio. I find that it works well, and is mostly free from bugs.

The icon is orange with a white radio in the inside.

I'll second NPO Radio 1. The web player's handy to leave open in a tab, but there's also an Android app, and podcasts available (I like to listen to De Kennis van Nu when I'm in the car, although I can only get a vague idea what they're talking about).
