Translation:Zij heeft me drie dagen geleden bezocht.
In American English, we would leave the (has) out. We would say, She visited me three days ago.
To state Jesisaac's point more definitively, the English sentence we are being asked to translate is grammatically incorrect. In English, once you use a time stamp (e.g., ago) and take about a distinct time in the past, the simple past is always used.
Obviously, we are here to learn Dutch, but I think it's important to remember that there are many non-native English speakers taking this course. The sentence here is a very common ESL mistake.
