I would say "Have you anything to add?". It is slightly formal in tone but acceptable English.

Me too "have you anything to add?" Perfectly acceptable translation. Also no "få" in the Danish.

Duolingo rarely accepts 'have you' for 'har du' yet it is a natural and common thing to say in UK. I have had it marked as wrong so many times that now I always laboriously type out 'do you have'

Agreed. "Have you anything to add" is a more appropriate saying.
