Following Discussion

I am experiencing difficulty in finding where/how to follow a particular discussion. I have clicked "follow discussion" and it turned green. Well.......... what next? how do I get back there?

I think that just means you will get an email alert if someone comment in that discussion. It is not really a "save the link" feature.
