Though the word-by-word translation may be "I can hear your voice" or "I hear your voice", I suppose "I hear you" is an idiomatic expression in English, isn't it?

Well, Both "I can hear your voice" and "I can hear you" are very okay phrases in English, but we do usually just say "I can hear you".

Though, I feel that this site should try to translate it as close as possible to word-for-word. (as long as the meaning says the same)
