For "gratuito," the word "gratis" should also be accepted as valid, along with "free."
I'm not sure how common gratis is to hear in English, though.
Could (en) "plus" be a translation for "In più"? "Plus, the clock is free"
That's what I put because that's the translation they gave.

Besides is suggested in the drop downs, in addition doesn't appear at all!
