How to contact privileged user/admin?

Today i lost my streak because my streak freeze did not work i guess. I would like to report it to somebody(not a moderator) who can actually fix it. I just cannot find any email or a form. Any ideas?

I'll contact you on your stream. Often it is the case that the streak freeze got used up without you realizing it. :|

Ok it may be the case. Have you considered sending an email notification when streak freeze is used, i really did not notice.
