For me it is more about progress being made, optimistic or beneficial would be good ways to look at it too.
There could be a feel good element to the story too, but youre being positive about the progress rather than the emotion.
An example might be "The school just finished its fund raising for its new sports hall, they hope to start building soon"... "Thats some positive news"
That seems to be one of the quirks in the Duo code. Sometimes it'll just drop something on you, with no hover or word bank options, that is somehow related to what you've been doing but that you've never encountered before.
I find it'll turn up again eventually and start to make sense, but your odds of getting it right that first time are generally poor.
