Spanish lesson on iPad uses wrong sentences

Hello.
I'm currently on lesson 7 in Past Verbs in Spanish and the sentence that is pronounced is different from the one that is written. For example:
written: El pobre ingeniero no supo que paso.
spoken: Te llame esta manana. (I don't have Spanish diacritical signs).
And I was supposed to answer the spoken sentence.
I don't know if it's a problem with the iPad app, I've never encountered this before...

And it happens with every lesson since... I have to quit them, restart and hope they'll work.
