During my progress quiz test the page returned an error message and crashed as a result I lost 25 lingots e couldn't complete the test.

Same thing happened to me! I tried to take the quiz, but it spun and spun and eventually just went back to my homescreen. Now I've lost 25 lingots but no quiz :(

Hi, I suggest you to contact support (help, submit bug report). As you can see they returned me the lost lingots.
