When is a festival not a party?

No, I don't mean 'when nobody remembers to bring beer'.

It seems that every time I translate 'festival' as 'party', DL wanted me to leave it as 'festival', and every time I leave it as 'festival', it wanted me to use 'party' instead.

Is there some difference that I'm missing? (Aside from proper titles. I know that 'Festival de las Flores' should be left alone.)

Maybe fiesta = party and festival = festival. I am sorry I'm not more help. I would need to see the ques.

Y'know, you're right. One of these things is not like the other.

Maybe I should leave the tree alone and review for a few days. I think I'm getting burnt out.

Thanks for the help. ;-)

It was a shot in the dark. I wasn't sure if fiesta appeared in any of the ques. Glad if that solves it! :)
