There are a lot of different ways of translating this sentence. What about: "La temperatura ha bajado?"
That is what I used and it was accepted.

It is a very literal translation, not a way natives would say it.
That totally should not be accepted; nobody would ever say that...
What about decrecido
I could see that. It's less common than bajar, or even reducir, but it's reasonable.
