"kio supren” was the hover over translation, but it was incorrect? Could someone explain this phrase? It has not occurred before now, 'okazas’ in not in my vocabulary yet.

"supren" is the other "up", like something is high etc. (probably, I'm not an expert)

Can this be used as a greeting?

I'm wondering this as well. It seems like an Anglicism to me.

It translates to "What's happening?" And can thus be used as a greeting
