"Ĉu vi kutime banas vin matene?"
Translation:Do you usually take a bath in the morning?
ĉu ĉiu matene, aŭ nur iam ajn?
And I've been known to joke (in English) about folks taking a bath, asking that it be returned once they're done.
Matene mi dormas :) Brasilians love to take a shower more than once a day ....
¨Do you usually bathe mornings? ¨was not accepted, whereas ¨Do you usually bathe in the mornings?¨ was a suggested option which to me is not correct. Reported.
What I'm wondering is: would anyone else out there use ¨bathe mornings¨ or is it just my personally bad grammar?
I would say "bathe mornings" I would also say "bathe in the morning," but I normally shower.
I think it's probably fair to say that it is Americans who say "mornings" and English people who say "in the morning". (In this context it doesn't matter which morning; it's just describing a general habit.)
