Is there a difference between 'eu moro' and 'eu vivo'?

Not much if you're talking about places of residence: "morar" means reside, dwell; "viver" to live, the physical and psychological state of being alive.

E também "to keep doing something". Eu vivo cometendo erros = I keep making mistakes.

Why not " I live AT the region" ?
