I feel like that's something I have. I can't swim, and was too afraid to try learning when my mom tried to get me to do it at the YMCA. I just panicked immediately and couldn't do it. I can handle being on my uncle's sailboat, but it makes me nervous until I settle down.

It sounds like "Lat infano". Couldn't figure out anything but "La infano", so I used that, and it turned out to be right. Really doesn't sound like it, though.
