Why "Esperanto estas ege facila, cxu ne?" is wrong?

I would write it as "Esperanto estas facilega, cxu ne?" and just combine 'ege' and 'facila' into a single word.

I'm not sure if your answer would also be correct since I've never seen 'ege' by itself in a sentence.
