Beter spellen :)
I've recently found this awesome resource to improve my Dutch spelling: http://www.beterspellen.nl/
They send you an email every day and then you go to their website and answer four spelling questions. I find it's a nice way to get in a little bit of random practice on difficult Dutch spelling concepts. They also have three levels, so whether you're a beginner, intermediate or advanced, there's an interesting quiz for you too. :)
It definitely is a great resource! In The Netherlands, this website is used very often by school children who need to improve their spelling.
That is pretty cool. Except, I am a rank beginner and don't know where to click! :)
"Dagelijkse test" (Daily test), then "Aanmelden" (sign up).
Then you can enter your (user) name, email address and password. And select niveau 1F (level 1F, for native speakers this is primary school level, 2F is simpler secondary school level, 3F more advanced secondary school level). Below that they ask you for your education/profession, gender and year of birth (all 3 voluntary)
After you signed up, you can go to "Dagelijkse test", then "Inloggen" (you guessed it...log in, sign in).
I signed up, and I haven't received an email yet, but when I log in, some vocabulary/grammar questions pop up. They are definitely not at a beginner level... hopefully the emails will be better geared to my level.
I am at the lowest level and the questions are well above my current pay grade, but that doesn't bother me. Someday, my Dutch will be up to that beginner level. I am taking the long-term view of my learning of Dutch.
