After the Tree - Despues el Arbol
I am looking for a bit of help here. I can now see the bottom of the DL-Tree for Spanish. It's been great, 50 some days ago I could not read, write or speak a word of Spanish, now I sort of can. I feel like a little bird getting kicked out of the tree. I am looking for suggestions, what to do next. What have some of you other DL'ers did? I will probably go back and do a lot of it again, try to get more verbs, watch more Yabla, Univision and http://www.rtve.es/ .. I am certainly going to miss my daily DL. Has anyone else felt this DL withdrawal?
Well, I didn't leave duolingo after I finished the tree. I spoke a lot of Spanish afterwards. I also read a lot of novels, wrote essays and watched a lot of movies.
I finished my Spanish tree a few weeks ago. Since then I have come back daily (except for when I blew my streak a couple of days ago) and just practiced. Turns out there's a lot of material that I didn't quite get down while unlocking the whole tree.
I've also considered this an excuse to explore other resources to round out my practice and start building vocabulary.
On some days I just redo random sections, I am surprised at what I have missed, there are certainly gaps that just occur....
I finished the tree 20 days ago, little did I know that the real learning takes place after you are done ..Yo termino el arbol de DL en el dia 67 de mi streak. Yo no se que aprendido verdad empezar despues eso.. <<no es mejores espanol pero al menos mas que yo he sabido antes ..
