Finally someone put this up!! This is always what I do with Finnish- well, I'm not fluent, but when I say something to my friends they're like 'wut?' but in Helsinki, it'd be all this slangi stuff Don't get me started on Savo

Well. I don't do that a lot. :P My first language is Hindi and second language is English. And talking to people who don't know English, it's weird :P

In India, If you know English no one will accept that you know a foreign language. Here, as an unwritten law foreign language is essentially a non-English language. : P

Haha. I know :) And when they get to know I speak Spanish and French they're like "oh wow!" And I'm like oh god I want to get out of here

It's not much of a surprise if you take it at school, really. And many Indian schools (private ones, of course) offer foreign languages (except some, of course >_< ).

Well, not our case, is it? ;)

My first language is English (not exactly technically but...) and my second language is Bengali. Where I live, most everybody speaks Bengali. Even if I take English for my second language, the people I speak to all know English. And if I speak to people who don't know English, using English phrases (that come most naturally), they think I'm showing off, even though I'm not.

My fourth language? Yeah, that's the third picture there.

I don't know why the Bengali script appears so small. I always have to zoom in to read Hindi or Bengali. :/

Yes, that is true. And both of them look ugly. -_- I don't know why google didn't choose a font more shundor for hindi and bengali :(
