The answer could be any of these : "He/She/It/you will not find it/him". So, yes.

Yes, and in fact you can include 'it' too: It will not find him, though 'he' or 'she' is more logical. Then again, with DL, logic isn't always a particularly good indicator.

If you reported it, they certainly will. I've reported many mistakes and other kinds of imprecision myself and many were later corrected by course contributors.

it say the correct answer is "it'll not find it" -- that can't be right

genoveffa: yes it could be: 3rd person forms translate as "he, she, or it". "It'll" is simply a contraction if "It will..." -- e.g. the sentence could be referring to an animal that won't find something: a treat, a cadaver, whatever.
