"She has no man" should be ok, but isn't

Is this another way of saying "Hun har ikke en mann" or must it be "Hun har ingen mann" in this case?

Is this specifically no "man" or "husband"? To say she has no one / nobody would be "Hun har ingen"?

Why does "mann" also translate as 'husband', when "kvinne" does not also translate to 'wife'?
