I'm super confused in the plurals section

For eg. Isn't "the duck" in Swedish is Ankor? but there's Ankorna, I'm confused! I might be getting some stuff wrong but I'm confused

(en) anka - (a) duck
ankan - the duck
ankor - ducks
ankorna - the ducks

Swedish doesn't have "definite articles" like in English, but "definite forms" of the words. Study the tips and notes sections carefully to understand these different grammar forms and hopefully you'll pick it up soon enough. Hope I was of some help.
