Can we learn the word "mermaid" so that we can have the sentence "The mermaid is swimming through the water" and "The mermaid is singing and the men hear"?
What's wrong with "The fish swim through the water." This was marked incorrect. Is it just a grading error?
"The fish swims through the lake" should be an accepted answer
Isn't "water" more general than "lake"? i.e. Couldn't this sentence also be said of a fish in a river, or an ocean, etc...?
"The fish is swimming through the lake" should also be accepted
