Is it questioning only the way of the selling process, or the price of the house? In Hungarian 'How do you sell X' is the general way of asking the price of X at the market (but you don't use it e.g. in supermarkets).

-de is the locative (in Turkey) and -ki is a bit like "that": Turkiye'deki = that is in Turkey.
