No, you cannot translate "These are your new teeth!" word by word into Ukrainian. "Ці ваші нові зуби" is a phrase ("These teeth of yours") that requires a predicate to become a full sentence. For example, "Ці ваші нові зуби дуже гарні" ("These new teeth of yours are very nice"). Both "These are your new teeth!" and "It is your new teeth!" are translated as "Це ваші нові зуби!" "Це" is the Ukrainian equivalent of the English dummy "it."
