[suggestion] Show a warning when you click a link during a lesson, so the lesson doesn't end

It's EXTREMELY annoying when I accidentally click on a link while I'm in the middle of a lesson and I have to start the lesson over again. This usually happens when I go to the "Discuss sentence" section. I've seen some other people here mention this problem as well, and I see no reason why it shouldn't be added as a feature, as a lot of sites have it.

Really it should just open it in a new tab.

I'm not against this idea, but some people find it annoying when websites open extra tabs for them.

I've been bitten by this before as well.

Some links seem to open in a new tab, some in the same one... losing my progress.

I haven't yet looked to see what the difference is but suspect it may be to do with auto-linkified links (where the user just typed the URL) versus Markdown links (where the user used brackets and parentheses to make a clickable link).
