This isn't an actual sentence, so I don't think there's a way to know whether it's "spoon" or "spoons". No one goes around saying "Cups, spoons" or "Cups, spoon".
The same goes for "I thank." Nobody says that.
Can't Löffel be both singular and plural? I said spoon but it's wrong
singular form must have a definite or indefinite article.
Der Löffel = spoon.
Löffel = spoons.
Ich habe einen Löffel = I have a spoon
Ich habe Löffel= I have spoons
Thanks cac: a shame no lesson told me that.
I owe one any mistake I won't make anymore from now on :)
pueden ser spoon o spoons, no queda claro si es singular o plural
--"what's wornggg .. Tassen = cups , aaaaaaaannd Löffel = spoon -- comeee onn not helping ... :p
