Why is "größeren" used as "bigger" here, shouldn't it mean "big" instead?

No, in no case can "größeren" mean "big" (notice the umlaut, you add it to "groß" only in the comparative and superlative). In this case "no big eggs" would be "keine großen Eier"

Why is "keinen" not used here with the plural "Eier"?

You use "keinen" with the plural only in the dative case. "Mit keinen größeren Eier" for example.

"Keinen" would also be used with a singular masculine in the accusative case. For example: "Es gibt keinen größeren Mann".
