minor issue - message "You conquered the skill tree"

I got a message saying that I conquered the German skill tree even though I am only half way through my skill tree. This happened when I finished a German skill while the icon was somehow indicating that I am currently in my Italian skill tree (which I have already conquered)
I understand why it happened but I just wanted to report it. :)
