Will there be other language forums?
I'm sure Duolingo will have A LOT of new languages when Incubator starts fully by the end of the year. Are you planning to open a forum section for every single language?
You'll most likely see the discussion view evolve as we expand our language offerings. :)
I imagine yes, otherwise where people will ask questions? Actually there are (in addition to General's and Troubleshooting's forums):
If you learn languages from English (English interface): French's, Spanish, Italian's, Portuguese's and German's forum, one for each languages learnable from English.
If you learn languages from French (French interface): English forum, one for (each) language learnable from French.
If you learn languages from Italian's (Italian's interface): English forum, one for (each) language learnable from Italian's.
If you learn languages from Portuguese's (Portuguese's interface): English forum, one for (each) language learnable from Portuguese's.
If you learn languages from Spanish (Spanish interface): English forum, one for (each) language learnable from Spanish.
So no reason for not having a forum for English when you learn from the language XXX (interface of the website in teh langauge XXX).
And when later they'll let be possible any combination of languages, you'll have all the combination possible.
but if you're under the interface YYY (= learning from language YYY), you'll only see the forum for all the languages XXX that you can learn from YYYY.
