Decay algorithm tweaked again?

The decay rate seems to have increased suddenly across all my trees - Duolingo, has the algorithm been changed again?

Strange, I seem to have suffered a German decay-fest but my French and Italian are looking fine.

German is the worst for me too - eight new decayed skills, and all of them vocabulary rather than grammar units
