it's great when you finally start to understand these correlatives. I know kiam = when. And i know the 'ĉ' before a correlatives means all (of) so i guessed that 'ĉiam' meant all the time (or always)

Correlatives was one of the first thibgs i learnt many years ago. There are memrise vorses for them and they ays of remembering them. Duolingo has kinda turn some of yhos on its head for me but its been interesting challenging what I already know.

I agree, this sentence would have more sense if it's written - The parent aren't always right.
