I heard this precise line in a Norwegian bio-film about Thor Heyerdahl. (wife asked this on telephone of TH.) It was the first phrase I had heard in Norwegian that I comprehended instantly, that was also outside of Duolingo. Hey! Just one of those little milestones.

Ok. so how do I tell if it's a "will" or a "want to"... because... it's a big difference, isn't it?

This is distinguished by context in Norwegian, and rarely misunderstood.

In the fast version it really sounds like "Vil du komme igjen".

yes, sometimes it gets frustrating that you hear something completely different than the lady says, and even when you know the right answer and you make her repeat couple of times it still sounds unclear and not what youre supposed to write down. i wont mention pronunciation of "babyene" :D
