Can't this also be translated as "It's you."? How can we tell the difference if both translations for lei (her and you) are given when the word is hovered over?

Lei (formal you) is usually capitalized, though it doesn't have to be. Lei (her) follows our rules of capitalization. I haven't gotten far enough in this site to tell you whether they always capitalize Lei or not, but I believe they do.
