Hindi's on the course page :)
The Taj Mahal's looking great! And at such a high percentage already? A big round of applause to all the amazing contributors who have put time and effort into this beautiful course.
Thanks m.tastic and lizsue!
Yes, the Taj Mahal looks great!
And no we are only 15% done and not 72% :)
It looks great, now I'm looking forward to the Greek, Yiddish and Czech pages.
When did Catalan show up? Anybody know?
Wow, it's amusing how it was 66 when you were there and it was 267 (with me being #268) when I got there...
I agree! I oftentimes get impatient for new icons, but the results are worth the wait!
I'm am waiting for Yiddish Course Page. The Yiddish flag was awesome, now the question is what will be the mystery monument?
You are right. It's not hard, It's rather mind mending. But it's still from Indo-European family. It's much similar to European languages when compared to Japanese, Vietnamese, Indonesian (which I have studied. ) etc. However, check its script, it's easy. : )
I dabbled a tiny bit in Hindi at one point, and would completely second 'mind-bending'. I found Japanese a lot less disorienting than Hindi, once I got past stock phrases and tried to actually learn some of the grammar. Or the written language!
I really liked it, though. I'll be tempted to try it again, when DL is able to offer it.
I'm new to Duolingo and one of the very first things I had hoped for when I started looking into it was that I could use it to learn Hindi. Not a week later, this pops up and I am so very excited.
Thanks very much for sharing your knowledge and I am very excited to see the completion of this program down the road.
